Abstract

This study focuses on the current status of mechanization and material application in blasting construction. By systematically reviewing the practical application of blasting mechanization in various engineering fields such as tunnels, roadbed slopes, mines, structural demolition, and underwater projects, it analyzes the equipment application characteristics in the drilling, charging, and initiation stages, and explains the performance and applicable scenarios of materials such as emulsion explosives and mixed explosives. The research reveals the current development status of blasting construction in terms of the popularization of mechanization and material selection, and points out key issues such as the need to improve the intelligence level of equipment and the urgent need to improve the standardization system of materials. It also looks forward to future trends from the dimensions of equipment automation upgrade, environmental-friendly material research and development, and full-process digital control. The research results provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the optimization of blasting construction technology, and contribute to the development of the industry towards efficiency, safety, and greenness.
