CT-guided Ablation, Pulmonary Nodule, Postoperative Complications.Abstract
CT-guided ablation delivers precise positioning, minimal trauma, rapid postoperative recovery and repeatable treatment, so it has become a key clinical strategy for pulmonary nodules. As an invasive intervention, this procedure cannot fully eliminate postoperative complications. This review collects domestic and international research papers published in recent years, summarizes four major complications—pneumothorax, pleural effusion, bleeding and pain, and elaborates each complication’s incidence, clinical manifestations, risk factors, management protocols and preventive strategies. The summaries in this paper offer clinical references to reduce the incidence of post-ablation complications and advance CT-guided pulmonary nodule ablation toward standardized, precise and safer clinical workflows.
